As cooperating member of "European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites-EUMETSAT" we have access to the following:

  • Satellite images in real time;
  • Participation in several research programmes;
  • Education of our experts;
  • Applying for posts in the Organisation.


    • - European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecast http://www.ecmwf.int

    As cooperating member of "European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecast" we receive the following :

  • Access to analytical and forecasting products of the Centre;
  • Access to forecasts up to ten days, seasonal forecasts;
  • Participation of our experts in courses;
  • Possibility of applying for posts in the Centre.


    • BILATERAL COOPERATION

    Mr Ivica Cacic, Director of NMHS of Croatia, was in Belgrade at the end of 2006 as a participant of XXIII Conference of the Danube countries on hydrological forecasts and hydrological basis of water management. On that occasion he visited our Service pursuant to the strengthening of bilateral cooperation of Croatian and Serbian Hydrometeorological Service. Mr. Pekka Plathan, Director of Finnish Hydrometeorological Service was in bilateral visit of our Service in October 2006.
